Where do you ship from? All items are shipped by us from The Netherlands.
How long does shipping take? Our shipping is based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you. Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.
Processing Time Processing time includes manual production, packaging and administration. Since we make everything on demand, we only keep a small amount of stock on hand. This helps us cut down on waste and be more sustainable overall. Plus, it means that each item is made just for you! The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch normally takes 4-8 business days. Keep in mind that because everything is made by hand, there might be a bit of variation in these times.
